1.1. Background of the Study
Language interpreting or interpretation is the intellectual natural process of facilitating oral and sign-language communication. Orally communication is applied when communicating verbally to the addressee. Interpreting deals with oral translation in which the delivering of the message is transmitted instantly after the utterances delivered by the speaker, in particular communication situation, to bridge participants gap in language between the addressor and the addressee and the rendering is delivered by the assistance of an interpreter as a mediator.

The interpreter is not to add or subtract to the communication, but to only interpret what is being said. The interpreter will maintain confidentiality and not disclose information received in the course of an assignment.
