Last night I dreamed that my weight dropped 15 pounds, so I became slim, not fat anymore.



After slim I went to tour to Europe together with my friends and family friend. My friend asked: why are you now slim?
My answer: I had a natural diet program.
My friend asked again: what is a natural diet?
My answer: I woke up in the morning , then doing sports, such as : walking , riding a bike and swimming. I do it at least three times a week. Then I eat regularly 3 times a day, the main menu, rice / bread, various kinds of fruit, milk diet, various vegetables and less meat / fish. I drink alcoholic beverages when there is party, so my weight began to decline.
