He said  that by consuming the raw food , it is good idea for diet program  and suitable for the program to lose weight so that someone can live a long life. Ancient times, the ancestors of humans like to eat raw foods, without the process. But, now people eat lots of processed food. They  considered , processed food is nutritious and healthy. <span id="more-1206"></span></p>
<p>Nuri said to Rudi, why do you like to eat raw food?</p>
<p>Rudi said: &#8220;To implement the diet program, you should eat more raw foods, meaning that you eat foods in natural form, not chemically processed. This idea is plausible reasons for some reason. For example, by eating foods which  have been  cooked it, some substances contained in food substances will be lost. Processed food means so much to reduce the nutritional value contained in it.</p>
<p>Nuri impressed: oh so, how should you do when you are  eating?</p>
<p>Rudi said: Should eat raw food diet means eating unprocessed, uncooked, organic, whole foods, like fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, seaweeds, etc. diet which means at least 75% crude ! Cooking out the flavor and nutrition from vegetables and fruits. A raw food diet means eating more the way our ancient ancestors did. We are healthier, more fit fathers. They cooked very little, and certainly not cook or process fruits and vegetables. They ate them RAW. they were not from tap water, but a natural, spring water. Maybe they were drinking coconut water on occasion.</p>
<p>Nuri have other questions ; should Today be a good idea when people eat  raw food ?<br />
This is a way of eating in harmony with the planet and in harmony with our own metabolism. Our bodies were meant to work, and need to work efficiently. That means exercise, of course, but it also means eating natural, raw foods that require more energy to digest.</p>

Drinks that contain sugar are a major source  empty energy. What this means, is that beverages  contains a lot of energy that your body may not  necessary, and do not contain vitamins or  minerals. If you plan to drink sweet drinks,  do not go overboard &#8211; limit yourself to one per day.</p>
<p>4. Avoid thinking about diets<br />
There are no good foods or bad foods. All  food can be part of a healthy diet, when eaten<br />
in moderation. You do not need to buy any low  carbohydrate, fat free, or even diet foods, as these foods  usually have many other additional material  to replace the crabs or fat.</p>

My answer: I woke up in the morning , then doing  sports, such as : walking , riding a bike and swimming. I do it at least three times a week. Then I eat regularly 3 times a day, the main menu, rice / bread, various kinds of fruit, milk diet, various vegetables and less meat / fish. I drink alcoholic beverages when there is party, so my weight began to decline.<br />

Until now I have not need to drink a diet tablts , alternatively , I also practice yoga two times a week. Yoga makes my body fresh and healthy. I also have learned meditation, to catch my breath</p>
